If planning to complete the workouts please proceed with Registration. If not doing the workouts... come anyway, cheer everyone on and enjoy the Potluck & Social!

This will be a fun In-house Comp Style event.
Let's gather our MCF Community together, sweat it out in a fun atmosphere and celebrate the Holidays with some food and drinks after!

Details:
-Partner Workouts and ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME!
-Register teams for Male/Male, Female/Female or Mixed!
-If you don't have a Partner you can register anyway! We can form teams the morning of the event if needed.
-Potluck & Social afterwards.
-The only Fee to enter is to contribute to the Pot Luck! :)
-Workouts will be released ahead of the Event.
-December 15th, 2018 @ 10:00am to 4:00pm.
-Deadline to register is December 12th to allow time for planning of heats.

WODs 1, 2 and 3 for Saturday's Christmas Throwdown, Potluck & Social! Please register ASAP! If you don't have a Partner, sign up anyway and we'll make some teams on Saturday morning!
Note:
Posted WODs can be modified as necessary for anyone to participate. There is no requirement to do the exact weights or movements as listed. This is a fun event to gather our community together and in that spirit there will not be an online leaderboard or podium presentations. We all win! 😁
We will run heats through the WODs, judges are encouraged to assist the teams and of course everyone should be cheering each other on!
A rough schedule will be posted tomorrow afternoon once we have a more complete registration list. The whiteboard will be used to post WODs and scoring.

7 Lateral Burpees over Barbell

In 10 minutes:
150 Double Unders (shared)
...then with remaining time...
1RM Clean & Jerk
*Each athlete will find a heavy C&J.
*1 athlete lifting at a time. Lift in any order.
